DIY snow globe

     Hello there!
Jar crafts are a fun way to recycle! Now we can do our own snow globe! Yeeey! These are so cute! I love doing this kind of stuff! I hope you like it too!
All you need is:
  • jar of your choice
  • some figurines
  • distilled water
  • glue
  • baby oil
  • glitter or fake snow
 Let's start!
Glue your figurine to the inside of the lid and let it dry.

Fill your jar with distilled water.

Add just a dash of baby oil, so the "snow" falls slowly.

Add as much glitter/snow as you like.

 Taaa-daaam! It's done!

These are very hard to capture on camera! They really are beautiful with the sparkles floating around.

My Christmas centerpiece

     Hello lovelies!
The season of Christmas is about sharing with friends and family and celebrating with the ones we love. It brings us all together for a once a year special occasion. Christmas centerpieces are the focal point of any table. This is my centerpiece that I made for the Christmas Eve.

You need a few things and a little bit of imagination!
Glass vase
Some flower bunches
Some cut out white paper circles
Put the paper circles around the vase.

Tie the paper circles with a red ribbon and add the flowers.

This is it! Easy, cheap and festive!

Some gift wrap ideas

Well hello there!
You all know how much I love doing crafts! Gift giving can be very special when it is a homemade gift. I am delighted when I'm able to make something with my own hands, to add a personal touch and give it to those I love. Ornaments can have extra special value when they are created at home the same it is when it comes to wrapping presents. Here are some ideas to wrap your gifts:

1. Crepe paper flower
All you need is some crepe paper.

Cut out 8 sheets and layer them.

Keeping the sheets layered, take the set of squares and fold them like an accordion so it looks like a thin rectangle. Tie the middle of your folded paper with some thread.

Cut the ends rounded. Trimming the ends will look very pretty.

Now, gently pull each piece of crepe paper towards the top center of the flower to create the bloom. Fluff up the finished flower.
Attach your finished flowers onto your gift box.

2. Newspaper gift wrap
This will add a vintage touch to your gift. I think it is a great idea to reuse the newspaper for gift wrapping.

Have fun letting your imaginations go to work!
